For now, NFTgogo can only trade or participate in activities by using USDT.

Q2. Why should I purchase NFT if I can screenshot or screen record the images on the website?

A：NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is an encrypted record of digital files in the blockchain to verify authenticity and ownership. Detailed information about the collection can be encrypted and stored on the blockchain, including the issuer, creator information, historical purchase records, previous collectors, etc., which helps to verify the authenticity and ownership of the collection. The rest of the images obtained by means of screenshots or screen recordings are all unofficial releases, and the creators reserve legal rights of prosecution.

Q3. What is USDT?

A：USDT is the US dollar Stablecoin, 1 USDT equivalent to 1 USD. USDT is the only currency used in NFTgogo. All the transaction and platform activities proceed with USDT only.

Q4. Can I return the NFT digital goods?

A：NFTgogo is a platform providing NFT, digital asset exchanges or trade between user. We do not hold any responsibility for your transaction and no refunds or returns are permitted.

Q6. I have just bought NFT goods but it did not show up on my account.

A：If your purchased NFT digital goods did not appear in Your Collection, please contact NFTgogo Facebook fan page or email us, we will reply to you ASAP. Please provide the following information:

1. Login NFTgogo email

2. Enter your Order number

3. Describe your concern or problem

Q7. I am a creator (artist or musician) and I would like to upload my work in NFTgogo platform, what should I do?

We let artists, creators and collectors to exchange or trade NFT goods but we do not issue NFT. If you are interested please contact other platforms such as Jcard for further information.

Q9. Can I withdraw NFT from NFTgogo to my external e-wallet?

NFTgogo provides the service of transferring NFTs to external wallets (such as Metamask). If needed, please contact NFTgogo customer service.

Please notice that once digital rights is transferred out to NFTgogo, it cannot be transferred back to the platform, and the digital rights content may not be displayed in non-mainstream wallets. Please confirm the liquidity, visibility, and appropriate trading platform after the transformation.

P.S. As of May 2022, the NFT trading platform OpenSea has not yet provided the Binance Smart Chain NFT trading service used by NFTgogo.

Q10. Will there be a handling fee for withdrawing the digital rights ?

When withdrawing NFTgogo NFT to an external wallet, a minimum handling fee of 5 USDT will be charged, and the price will be dynamically adjusted according to the status on the blockchain. Please read the instructions carefully before withdrawing the NFT.

Q11. How long will it take to receive the NFT?

Since the withdrawal action involves the platform's AML review and risk control procedures, NFTgogo will complete the withdrawal within one working day, thank you for your understanding.

Q12. Can I deposit or withdraw USDT?

Yes. We support deposit or withdrawal of USDT. All the NFTgogo transactions and activities proceed with USDT only for now.

Q13. What is the handling fee for withdrawal USDT?

Withdrawal of USDT will charge different handling fees according to different blockchains, based on the quotation at the time of withdrawal.
